Strawberry Balsamic Basil Bites

Ingredients
- 1 baguette from Solomon’s Bakery or Baker’s Field
- 3 TB of Jonmat from TonzKitchen
- 1/2 cup fresh basil from Urban Roots
- 2 cups strawberries from Bean Market
- 2 TB of fresh lemon juice
- 4 oz of Garlic Dill Quark from Cosmic Wheel Creamery
- Balsamic glaze drizzle to finish
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 °F
- Slice baguette into ½ inch slices and lay onto a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle Jonmat oil over sliced baguette and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
- While baguette is toasting, finely dice your strawberries and chiffonade your basil.
- Mix together your strawberries and basil in a mixing bowl with your lemon juice, mix to combine.
- Once the baguette slices are out of the oven and slightly cooled, spread a TB/each of the soft cheese
on each slice. - Place a generous spoonful of the strawberry/basil mixture on top of the cheese and baguette.
- Drizzle your favorite balsamic glaze drizzle to finish on the baguette bites.
