"Checkered" Toast

Ingredients
- 1 slice (1” thick) of sourdough bread (from Zeytoon Bread & Co.)
- 5 TB Wildberry Jam (from Twin Cities Berry Company)
- 5 TB Quark Cheese (from Cosmic Wheel Creamery)
- 5 TB Black Currant Jam (from Mary Dirty Face Farm)
- 1 tsp False Dragonhead Honey (from Ames Farm)
Instructions
- Slice sourdough bread and toast in toaster oven or toaster.
- With a spoon or knife, alternating with each jam and cheese, layer your ingredients on top of your toasted sourdough (video here).
- Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
