Since 2007 Veronica Anczarski, owner and bread maker at Solomon’s Bakery, has been in the business of making high-quality baked goods with simple, preservative-free ingredients. Her African-Caribbean and European-style bakery in Minneapolis is where she bakes her wide variety of pastries, breads cookies and more which she and her family bring to the Mill City Farmers Market every Saturday. In addition to the market, Veronica recently opened a cozy bakeshop, Solomon’s Bakery Express, in the heart of NE Minneapolis where she offers her pastries, breads, coffee and more during the week (open Wednesday – Sunday).
