We are a co-operative of small independent farmers growing with regenerative practices in order to provide nutrient dense foods to our neighbors.  All 8 of our current growers are within 60 miles of the Twin Cities and grow in Minnesota. We grow a variety of products from annuals, perennials, edible flowers, herbs and protein, Halal, rotationally grazed, grass fed beef, lamb, goat as well as chicken, turkey and eggs. Members of our co-op come from diverse backgrounds and cultures and have a shared vision of producing nutrient dense, chemical free food.
