Our menu features momos—steamed potstickers filled with a variety of vegetables and meats—served with mint-cilantro chutney and tomato chutney. We also offer dosas, slightly fermented, crispy, gluten-free crepes with different fillings, accompanied by coconut chutney and tomato chutney.
Co-owners Rashmi Bhattachan and Chef Sarala Kattel prioritize sourcing ingredients from local, sustainable farms and meat suppliers that practice humane harvesting methods.
