Rashmi Bhattachan is a native of Nepal and is passionate about cooking. Her aspiration is to open her own restaurant in the near future. MOMO is a very popular dish in Nepal. It is known in the West as Dumplings or Potstickers and can be eaten as a whole meal besides as appetizers. Momo is accompanied by Chutney that can be made from tomato with any herbs. Rashmi has a Master's Degree in Management from Hamline University.
