
Rachel Rubin, a Minnesotan with Peruvian roots has been in the restaurant and food industry for more than fifteen years. She went to culinary school in
Lima,
Peru and staged in
Paris. After helping to open and run many restaurant kitchens she started her own business. Rachel owns Exclusive Catering, creating custom menus for private, corporate and holiday events. A Heartland Food network member, she uses Organic and otherwise certified natural whole foods products for her original events using locally grown and raised ingredients, to support our area producers, growers and artisans. Rachels’ areas of expertise include; Ceviche, Aphrodisiac,100% Grass Fed products, Latin, Peruvian and more.
